McDonalds (MET) PCN - Manager refused to take any action

Hi,
I received a PCN from MET for parking in McDonalds whilst meeting a friend there for food. According to the letter the Max permitted stay is 90 minutes and I stayed longer than this.
I see that most people have managed to get this resolved by asking the branch manager nicely to ask MET to cancel the fine. I asked nicely and she very curtly replied that she would not do it. I tried to reason with her, she was very unreasonable and just repeated herself, and didn't answer any my questions.
So now I am hoping that I can complain to McDonalds about manager's attitude and and get the ticket cancelled. I'm wondering if the two can be rolled into one.
What should be my next steps?

Make them separate. Ideally you want the McD's CEO on your side so complain to them pointing out how much this has upset you and put you and your family off from going there again. If it gets cancelled, thank them saying this has restored your faith a little because the manager was rude and unhelpful.
If it is not cancelled then the keeper should appeal using the template in blue text from the first post of the NEWBIES. Every time you go to a KFC or Burger King, send a copy of the receipt to the CEO of McDs.
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Using Resolver?

Is there a better way, e.g. an email address?

Resolver is only useful for people who want to slow down the complaints procedure or have their complaint lost.
Always go direct.6 -
You might struggle with 136 minutes McDonalds is a "fast food" restaurant they even used to design their furniture to be uncomfortable to sit in for long periods that's how they make their millions.Too many lingerers like you will hit her targets, she probably was actively discouraging you from coming back.4

The question on everybody's mind is why do McDonalds hate customers so much
Tesco also hate customers so be warned if shopping at Tesco
As McD's UK staff don't understand where their wages come from, go above them, go to the big boss in the USA, the CEO. Search google ... email CEO address Mcdonalds USA
Tell him his company is dishonourable, americans don't like that. Ask him to cancel5 -
As I originally said, contact the CEO. Use a search engine of your choice to find contact details of them. I doubt Resolver or Customer Services will put you in contact with the CEO and in any case, you don't want to deal with an intermediary or an underling.deejbk01 said:

I'd also mention to the CEO that McDonalds will be summoned to court as well since MET is their agent or the agent of the landowner who is their landlord, so a name and a list of dates where they will be unavailable to attend - that may help focus their minds.

I am sure that the manager will reconsider if you write bad stuff on his feedback page/TripAdvisorYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
