In your dcbl response , I would be telling them that your SAR to nexus has been ignored and you require them to refer it back to nexus pending completion of the SAR request , reminding them to legally inform their client if the lawful legal obligations under the DPA known as the GDPR law
Plus do that chaser SAR email with a 7 day deadline to reply or the matter will be referred to the ICO2

Hi everyone - thanks for your assistance with my letter of claim.
I just wanted to update you all - I haven't recieved any further correspondence from DCBL legal as of yet - I am awaiting a court letter and have everything prepared with regards to evidence.
Is there anything else I should do in the meantime?0

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, so that you're ahead of the game should a county court claim be made. The more you're prepared, then nothing DCB Legal throw at you should ever come as a shock. The claim processes and steps are wholly predictable and all are covered in detail in the sticky.IAS93 said:Is there anything else I should do in the meantime? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
