Letter of claim received from DCBL for Hospital parking fines

So looking at the letter they have written:beamerguy said:We have been instructed on behalf of our Client to collect the balance of £2550.00 as per the Letter of Claim. You now have 30 days from the date of this email, at which point the balance will be due. You can seek debt advice during this time."
Could you please list the breakdown of £2550 as DCBL are well known scammers
1. "The sum claimed is a total of £2550; which includes the parking charges and costs (per charge)"
They have not individually listed the breakdown of said charges, and instead have listen the numbers of the 17 alleged "Parking Charge Notices", the dates they were apparently issued alongside a description of "Not displaying a valid pay and display ticket, permit, or scratchcard".
I assume they've just put a blanket £150 per charge to equate to the total value claimed, probably by adding their illegal charges on top of whatever the initial charges were?1 -
RIGHT .... easy to work out the scam part. How much was each ticket ??IAS93 said:

£2550 is outrageous and you must show the hospital how people are being scammed by the PPC and DCBL1 -
It's not a fine; at best it is a speculative invoice. LOCs being taken to court - what does this mean?IAS93 said:
Haha yes I know, it's just being hit with a £2550 fine and seeing a large proportion of LOCs being taken to court. It's just something I don't have the time to be dealing with. Thank you for your help.Half_way said:One other quick thing, you haven't been fined1 -

Sorry I mean - I've done some reading on here and it's been stated that Letter of Claims are likely to be taken to court for a CCJ?Le_Kirk said:

Have you contacted your MP?

The front page is not compliant for a LBA. Where does it show HOW they arrived at the figure.IAS93 said:

It is dated 12th Oct and required a response within 30 days ? Unclear what you did

Yes, which is why you must attack it head on right now and show proof that you were a Doctor at the Hospital who was permitted to park and there is no question that there is no legitimate interest in support of these charges or the false added 'debt recovery' enhancement.IAS93 said:Sorry I mean - I've done some reading on here and it's been stated that Letter of Claims are likely to be taken to court for a CCJ?
You don't need a court claim in your life even though we know how to defend and win them, and do so every week. Responding to the LBC is vital but that alone won't stop the 'machine' which is why you need to go to the 'top' (asking your MP to put your case to be known to Robert Jenrick, Sir Greg Knight and the CEO of the NHS Trust) and Piers Morgan as well, if you are so minded, to pile pressure on them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What Trust - Most Trusts have suspended parking charges because of Covid.
Also ask for a copy of the contract under FoI. Also ask, if a standard NHS contract was not used, who authorised the use of a non NHS Contract, also any documents / reports that show the company are complying or not complying with the terms of the contract.
I can tell you for free, if the standard NHS contract is being used, they are not comlying with it2 -
Any PCN issued as a result of covid measures should be robustly contested, especially at a hospital . If they were to take you to court the are likely to struggle. Do not forget to get your MP on board. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
