Correct. DSG make this kind of return far more complex than it needs to be: unfortunate that you paid for the packaging to be removed. Expect a long fight over this, as you've both installed it and disposed of the packaging, which, technically, voids your return rights. Much better to go to JL for this kind of purchase, the warranty will be as good, or longer, and they're more accommodating around these kind of returns.Al_Ross said:Say it was unpacked but not used at all.Be prepared for a long drawn out saga with Currys though and good luck.
