  • Noted. Is the contents of the email OK?
  • @Redx I have no idea where the original NTK is. Should I request a new copy of this?
What is the basis of my defence? The charge is for lack of permit (permit holders only carpark).
I do not have a permit but was undertaking work for the landowner at the time the PCN was issued.
    Landowner refuses to get involved.
Do I just use the default defence in this case?
And should I send the PPC the default message from Newbies thread despite having missed the appeals period?
Sorry for hail of questions. Thanks.

A SAR to the DPO at the PPC will flush out all documents , paperwork , photos , data etc,car always recommend a SAR to every victim

Coupon mad has posted a template defence , where you alter 2 paragraphs , that is your basis of defence , same as everyone else !!

Promissory estoppel covers the landowner permission to use the car park !!

If you have a court claim it's too late for any appeal to the PPC claimant , so no , just a SAR to their DPO , with a copy of your V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR law

Save your defence for when the court claim arrives , meanwhile collect your evidence
  • If the landowner refuses to get involved, tell them
    - you will call them as a witness
    - they will have to explain that despite authorising you to be there, they think its ok for you to be sued by their agent
    - you will sue them IF you lose any money as a result of this.
  • @Redx thank you for all of your help.
Final question is in my email to the DPO of the PPC, should I combine updating my correspondence address and the erasure of my old address with the SAR, or should these be sent as separate emails?
    Thank you.

    Thank you.

I would separate the two, starting with the data rectification notice

as for the ownership , if its leased to your boss, you had their permission to park whilst doing their work on site, a reasonable thing to do

GoldSquad93 could you please give us an update? Did Premier Park take you to court?
I parked in the same car park as you a couple of months later, was in the middle of a move without updating my V5 and now have DRP letters at my new address.

Goldsquad hasn't visited this site for over a year. You could try sending them a private message but it would be easier for you to read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES yourself, then start your own thread if you need further help.

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP.
Plan B is to appeal using the template in the NEWBIES.

In any case, debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored.

Have you told DRP and Premier Park (NOT BY PHONE) to erase your old address, so that PP are not left with a choice of addresses on their database?

Landowner complaint is never too late.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I have informed PP of the change of address following your instructions and thoroughly read the NEWBIES thread. I am just waiting to see if anything comes of it now.

I will see If I can find out how to message GoldSquad93 privately.

Thanks guys this is a great help to us NEWBIES!!!
