I desperately needed washing powder so sent the children to the local shop. They came home with a plain £2 coin in my change!

Yay! 👏 another £2 coin gained.

6 coins potted today. Think they are all plain ones but will double check.

1 was in my change from work canteen and at end of shift had £10 left in my purse, as it is payday on Friday and I am not in work now again until then , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be no spend days so swapped the note for 5 coins.

👏👏 Well done on achieving 16% of your target. Only another 2 coins and you will have achieved a fifth of your target in 2/52 (or 1/26) of the time. At this rate you will smash your target by Easter. 👏👏

My son gave me a £2 coin from his money box today, well I swapped him for it! I was changing a note for something else and he offered it me. I have just remembered a staff member at work said she had some if I wanted to swap - will have to remember to ask her tomorrow! I will keep you posted!

👏👏 You are doing well with swapping up £2 coins with other people. Well done. It is good to let people know you save them:
