    That will depend on you being able to evidence what happened. They may have mentioned the TV,  but they appear to have signed you up to the regular deal not the TV one.

    Calls are recorded, right? Thats evidence right there. Might have to get a SAR to get it.. but trust me, I'm not making this !!!!!! up
    " May have " no, they absolutely did. I had to be convinced to take the TV deal aswell as I was unsure
