Mis sold contract by BT

I need some advice on where to go with this, and apologies for grammar as I'm typing on phone
I had a mobile with BT, I rant to upgrade. The retentions lady told me they can move me to EE ( Same company or so they said ) and that I'd get a google pixel 4a, and a FREE LG 4K TV for £32 a month, with an upfront cost. I thought I could sell the tv on ebay and make this worth my while. This was on 18th November
weeks drag on and no sign. The other day I ring EE, and they see the deal exists but don't see it on my account and tell me to contact BT
I contact BT, again, no sign.. very strange. I go into the EE forums and the person working there says " This offer only applies to people who bought directly through EE "
I don't know whether this is a generic response or true but anyway, I'm sick of going back to forth. I'm either due a TV or a refund
I know the calls are recorded, so I'm sure someone can check the call and see that the lady did offer me this
any ideas where to take this?

many regards

Have you recieved the phone yet?
The BT site shows it as being out of stock .
However on the EE community site it says
"Your free tv will arrive 15-25 days after upgrading ?

The TV (or any 'free gift') will only arrive after the 14 days cooling off period ends.  Some people used to order, get the free gift and then cancel the contract under the 14 days and not return the gift.

The deal with the tv was more than that - around £41 a month. I was a long standing EE customer and wanted a 4a. They couldn’t come anywhere close to the deal I could get elsewhere, so with some reluctance I left, although I called them at least 3 times to try and negotiate a better offer. They kept trying to push the tv.

Do you like the phone? I’m very impressed with it.

The phone is very nice, but I could have bought it for £300 and just got a data sim from another network
the TV deal was around black friday I believe

Yes that was the deal, it was definitely more than £32 per month. It sounds like you are paying the EE price without the TV.

I got the phone for £23 a month on Vodafone for 6gb of data, without an upfront charge.

I mean, I went through BT retentions as I asked for my pac code. The retentions rep gave me this deal, mentioned the TV.. if that was their mistake, that is on them and I should either be able to cancel or get my free tv surely
