It's like mentioning that you have met the Queen and been complemented , dissing the plebs at the same time by inferring there is a hierarchy 🤔2 -
To me its like a form of indoctrination. A belief that what they are doing is good and right and they hold on to that belief even when the majority has other opinions. There is of course as well, the money element. As Redx says there are more honourable ways to earn a living.

@Redx QBV11 is based on the case below. Dering was mentioned in the book "Exodus" by Uris and bought a claim of libel against Uris. The trial took place in court QBV11.

Some, however, do not. Instead they choose to boycott the regime often finding increasingly inventive ways to challenge the system. Some vocal minorities appear to want to make it their life’s work to find some other parking utopia. But for the most part, the status quo works and can strike that crucial balance between protecting valuable assets and allowing motoring freedom. It is important to remember that companies managing parking on private land provide a significant contribution to the economy both directly and indirectly. Not only do the provision of car parks help local high streets at a time when many retailers are struggling but there are also many people directly or indirectly employed within the private parking industry. From parking attendants and appeals processing staff to dedicated IT specialists, the parking industry directly employs a wide range of personnel with equally diverse skill sets, creating jobs and feeding directly into the UK economy. Not so obvious, but probably just as significant are the economic ripples that flow out of the industry by the outsourcing of some specialised skills like printing or website development. It is unthinkable to imagine the chaos which would ensue if the private parking industry were to change in a way which left landowners unable to provide parking facilities or protect other pieces of private land.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Like the printing of the eighty page WS of irrelevant twaddle. A tree has probably died for that.

Be different if JB was up against Bowen QC or Davey for example , parking eye ducked the first one !!
My relative was up against Excel when they were in the BPA , the claimant woefully failed to follow their landowner contract to allow one hour free parking on the site before charging , the case being about 45 minutes on site , the claimant lost at Popla , they have also now lost the parking contract to ECP for that retail park
Another one they lost at Popla was the infamous Peel centre , now monitored by Anchor Care Parking , another contract loss !!
What goes around comes around , they lost those two alone on contracts and signage , taught me a lot , ably assisted by Mr prankster regarding evidence packs !!2 -
The comparison between these companies and the deluded occupant of the White House are surely obvious. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
