JB takes his instructions from SRS, and does the job he gets paid to do. Excel/VCS will win some and lose some of those cases which go to court, and in the vast majority of cases where the D is helped by this forum, or other expert advice, they will lose.

It's all a game really, and we know how to play it.

They have a duty to the court system and the swearing in seminars they attend expect high standards and good morals

If they cut the subterfuge and legal cr#p that doesn't hold up in court and issued meaningful witness statements etc from the correct people it would be different !!

It's clear that in today's loss for Bristol airport , or the one recently at Doncaster airport , they were wrong and were ill advised to continue

If they are going to come on here and gloat about successes , like b w legal did on their website , they should put their big boy pants on and post the losses too !!
