The problem with JB is that he uses his position as a qualified lawyer to abuse the system on behalf of his employer against those who are not lawyers , plus uses dubious methods with staff incentivised to pounce like wolves on an elk with a broken leg that stops for a rest !!1 -

Has anyone brought this to the attention of the SRA?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Would Excel have chanced using a doctored VRN log at Skipton again? This means that the VRN must have been showing on their records. They are "lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut".
If this is the same car park as the doctored VRN then I think they were kicked off.

I believe there was once a Dr Mengele who did the same for his boss, especially on twins !!
I wonder what happened to them ???????

I've met him in person at a preliminary hearing of a case. He's actually very good at oral argument, and knows his stuff. The problem is that with Excel/VCS cases being listed every day at various courts around the country, he can't be everywhere at once, and has to rely on the hired guns from the likes of Elms Legal.
They only get the bundle of papers the night before, and are generally not at all clued up on the facts of the case. Easy to beat for any Defendant who has got the right advice.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.9 -
As above
I am sure he is excellent at his profession in the cilex legal sense , as was Shipman in being a good doctor ,but its the uses they put their skills to that I abhor , same as Mengele was probably a good physician and researcher !!
I am surprised that people here did not know he is cilex accredited , as are a couple of lawyers I know
I do not believe for one moment that he trained in this field , more likely to be what I said or similar when he did his training contract to become cilex accredited
Bear in mind that many lawyers have fell from grace over the years , like that solicitor MP who lost her job and was imprisoned for lying about who was driving her vehicle (the Russian who wasn't in the UK at the time)3 -
I think making comparisons between pursuing parking charges, however unreasonable, and Nazi concentration camps / convicted serial murderers is a little extreme.
JB takes his instructions from SRS, and does the job he gets paid to do. Excel/VCS will win some and lose some of those cases which go to court, and in the vast majority of cases where the D is helped by this forum, or other expert advice, they will lose.
It's all a game really, and we know how to play it.
