Then take stock of your situation. Clearly you do not have an ideal LL. But, how much this should concerns you is your call - it might have some positives as mentioned before (he seemingly can't chuck you out!).

Are you happy in your home? Is it good value? Are you paying less for this than you wouldn't for an alternative? If the answers are yes, yes and yes, then - if I were in your position - I would scrub the kitchen walls and give it 3 coats of a proper 'kitchen' paint of your own choice of colour. I personally wouldn't run this past the LL first; it seems clear from what you've said that he's also pleased to have you as his tenant. If he visits to carry out an inspection at any point, he'll find a much nicer place than he handed over to you (and you'll have 'before and after' photos to prove this). If he was looking for an excuse to evict you - which he almost certainly isn't - then let's see him take "She redecorated my nicotine-stained walls against my wishes" to court. 

If the gutter is leaking due to a faulty joint - which it probably is - then inform your LL as it's his job to sort. Then forget about it - if the sponge works...

which 'documents'? The AST? Yes it's valid. The deposit PI? Sounds like not. See sample PI below.

i didnt get a receipt for the deposit which was cash.

Well how do you plan to claim your deposit back if you have no proof you ever paid one....?

i have got my freezer out in the conservatory  not sure if thats not helping with the mould.

It might ideed be helping. It will be chucking out (modest) heat from the rear. That's why it is cold inside!

How i see its a roof over my head albeit temporary  ( i certainly don't  want to be renting for ever)  specially at this time with the pandemic  ......am i happy ... not particularly  living here has effected my health  ..i dont have a sofa to sit on  i just wouldn't  fit one  in,   bed comes in handy as its the most comfy thing i got  so sleep an eat on it  so i can't invite people round theres just no room.

That's a matter between you and them. Some people save money by doing this. Be careful with eg online banking etc if others are using your internet (or vice verse).

Does TDS have different addresses because the one i got  doesnt match the one on  the  sample or the net .

I need to move  i know that  but until my gas and electric are sorted  surely i can't  move anywhere i wouldn't have thought 
I really don't have a lot of room  as i said it was a garage  before  so i had to put paperwork  where i can 
I did  say no  to the sharing if the Internet   didnt think about the online banking   but its been asked a couple of times now  the other tenant just doesnt want to pay out for it to be installed
