    Now for Defence draft:

    IN THE COUNTY COURT

    Claim No.: xxxxxx

    Between

Walton Wilkins T/A Premier Parking Logistics

    (Claimant)

    - and -

    xxxxxx

     (Defendant)

    ____________________

    DEFENCE

    ____________________

    1.       The Defendant denies that the Claimant is entitled to relief in the sum claimed, or at all.  It is denied that a contract was entered into - by conduct or otherwise - whereby it was ‘agreed’ to pay a ‘parking charge’ and it is denied that this Claimant (understood to have a bare licence as managers) has standing to sue, nor to form contracts in their own name at the location.

The facts as known to the Defendant:

    2.    It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle but liability denied. The Defendant had paid the fee (£3.50) for parking on 11/10/2019 but not known to breach any parking regulation on 11/10/2019 at Shaws Passage. The Defendant paid full fee for parking with receipt.

    3. Accordingly, it is denied that the Defendant breached any of the Claimant's purported contractual terms, whether express, implied, or by conduct.

    Rest will be same template.

That's ok then , but not the other one which is a different company

But you were not sending an appeal were you?  Wasn't the point that you were submitting a SAR and it should go to the DPO and they do not appear to have a separate e-mail address for the DPO.

Re your defence; if you paid the correct amount for parking AND you received a ticket AND displayed it AND inputted you VRM (if required) correctly then you should say so and state that proof will be given at witness statement stage.  I hope you still have the ticket!

So why do you think that anyone would be interested to see their automated reply?

Exactly what I said.  They seem to have interpreted your SAR submission as an appeal.  Maybe you need to chase it up because you could be sitting there thinking you have submitted it when they have ignored it.
