Remove all of the above, it's full of spelling mistakes and you don't copy instructions like ''In the body of email start...''!

Change it to make sense and add you claim number in the subject line, of course.

And remove the SAR line.  

We assume you are emailing a PDF of your signed and dated, full defence, and have only changed point #2 of the 18 points?

Yes! I will make it PDF with sign n date. only changed #2 and rest of same template.

All looked fine apart from #7 so I assume you re-numbered it now to make sense.   Honestly just get on with emailing the thing, you don't need more help at these stages and you know what happens next (NEWBIES THREAD TELLS YOU) so please promise us NOT to ask in January, how to fill in the Directions Questionnaire...no questions about that please.  AT ALL.
