Using Samsung and Quidco cash back at same time?

Currently Samsung are offering £200 cashback on Qled Tv’s if you are referred by a friend who also buys a Tv. Basically £100 each.
I also notice Quidco offer £70 cashback on Tv’s above £999.

I can’t see anything in the terms and  conditions that say i can’t use the Quidco cash back when I buy the Tv and then up to the 31st of Jan 2021 claim the £200 to split with my friend through the Samsung cashback.
A total saving of £170 for me and £100 for him.
Can anyone see an issue with this? 

Is this allowed or something I’ve missed in the small print?

Usually Quidco won't let you double dip cashback like that, but as I can't seem to find the £70 offer you mention I can't say for sure without reading the fine print.
