#58 I've just made a final payment of £4205 and we are mortgage free!!!!

Our official end date was April '27 so we managed to knock a few years off. It feels a bit surreal after many years but we will celebrate all the same.

I've really enjoyed joining you all on this journey and good luck to each and every one of you going forward - your turn will come

Does anyone have a good spreadsheet that I can out monthly payments, overpayments and interest rates in to see how I’m generally going please?

I think you can add the payment in manually. I haven’t looked in a while. 

Also you can multiply the payment you want to make by your interest rate and divide by 365 which shows you how much your payment will save per day in interest

#59 - £295 Overpayment for October. My pay was incorrect last month from a new job and I'm still waiting for the full amount to come my way! 😭 Hoping to top up later in the month...🤞🏻
