Wounded veterans on visit to Highgrove. Tyler Christopher is on the far left.
"Another soldier who chatted to the prince and duchess was L/Cplance Corporal Tyler Christopher, who met Camilla – Royal Colonel of his regiment, 4th Battalion The Rifles – at a medal ceremony in December last year"

They dont actually do any checks. To do checks would require them to do actual work, and that is unlikely in PPC World as it would mean them paying a proper wage and hiring proper people who know what they are doing.Moi, cynical?4

The more I read about this rabble, the more I wonder how they could win anything.BrownTrout said:and Jake has said on several occasions "we look at ALL cases before we issue court claims" , actually this was just another lie from another VCS/Excel Employee. They dont actually do any checks.
Anyone have any idea what Jake does for a real full time job

The case with the wounded veteran will not turn out well for them. Barristers love these sort of cases that they will probably offer to take the case on a pro bono basis. He may get legal aid.BrownTrout said:and Jake has said on several occasions "we look at ALL cases before we issue court claims" , actually this was just another lie from another VCS/Excel Employee. No one will get legal aid for this. There's virtually no legal aid anymore, that'll be the cuts...
I have no problem with a parking Co posting their odd win. This is litigation, some cases, however good, will lose. People need to be alive to the fact that there are no guarantees.
Nevertheless its also true that there are some shoddily presented claims and opportunistic tickets and to that extent, parking companies can expect robust defences and for the recipients to be sufficiently narked to support others to mount their defences....7
