A Parking Operator has been successful in a small claims matter heard before District Judge Britlin on the 02/12/2020. VCS was able to successfully argue against the motorists Defence of 1) Lack of Authority 2) Byelaws 3) No Contract. The District Judge considered the arguments put forward by both Parties and concluded that the Claimant was entitled to seek recovery of their Parking Charge.

Expensive times for VCS. I see you didn't mention if you got the fake add-on (double recovery of letter costs) past the Judge too.
