Did I really need to add a caveat to my post?

Winning a case at Liverpool on the papers is not exactly difficult. They have some of the worst Judges there, going by past cases.
I too hope that the CoP and Single Appeals Service follows the spirit of the Knight Act...that's the entire point. To stop the more rogue practices, not to enable them with a veneer of legitimacy to cover up the fundamental corruption of the sector.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have some of the worst Judges there, going by past cases.I wonder how they'll cope with Mayor Joe in the coming months? Seemingly very involved in the VCS:LJLA situation over the years. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Jake, why did VCS pursue the Tyler Christopher case? It is so obvious that it would attract the media. This very brave man has connections to Prince Harry and is involved with the Invictus Games. A big mistake on your part.
I understand that he is appealing and I would imagine that barristers will be falling over themselves to represent him.
This will not end well for you and all you had to do was show a little bit of compassion. A word that you and your ilk do not seem to understand.

I was taught to not slag off individuals but to criticise their behaviour rather than them personally. I have really felt tested by the individuals that are involved with this company.

This disabled veteran does a lot of charity work. The appeal will attract media coverage and VCS will not come of it well. It was mentioned in the newspaper articles that he was appealing but there is no mention of who is handling the appeal.
