I think it's quite hard to find an image that looks decent on a card. It's just not something I personally would want. It is good though that Barclays do offer this choice to people that want it.Emmia said:I like the barclays option to have my own image - selection is crucial as not everything looks good though.

I agree there’s something very 90’s about Halifax designs & brandingLightning360 said:
I just think most of Halifax's branding looks quite outdated. I'm not the greatest fan of their vertical cards but they are better than what came before in my opinion.maybells said:I requested a new Halifax Clarity recently after my last one stopped working due to wear and tear. I got the same design rather than the new vertical ones. Not that I’m complaining. I don’t like either of them.0 -
They do appear to be updating it slightly, but even their new logo already looks outdated for me. I'm guessing they don't want to change their image too much as they do still have an easily recognisable brand, even if outdated.adamp87 said:

I love Starling bank's card design. Gorgeous turquoise colour and minimalist design.0

I think the colour stands out a bit too much for me. I do like the minimalist design however not a fan of it being vertical.pennyalb said:I love Starling bank's card design. Gorgeous turquoise colour and minimalist design.1 -

HSBC Debit / Credit cards are nice.
Black Background with Blue /Lion (Debit card)
Black Backgound and Black Lion maybe not so much. (Credit Card)
Lloyds Debit card, black with Silver Horse and Swirl Lines looks good.0 -
that Santander card is pretty cool. the Curve card above is nice too. my favourite was EggMoney's black 'chevrons' card.Deleted_User said:
