It's not common practice for them to write to/email a "potential victim" about finding their MSE forum posts, but we know that many PPCs and debt crawlers read this forum ... they're probably trying to learn how to properly run their businesses.  

As said previously - debt crawlers cannot do anything but write scary (in an ironic sense) letters/emails ... any alleged debt is not theirs to pursue. That's why letters/emails come from DRP then ZZPS then QDR (for example) -  a series of different debt crawler names (most of which are actually the same company) and then it finally goes back to the PPC.

And that is the bottom line, they admit it goes beyond them ...... of course it does, what else can a pointless, powerless company like ZZPS say .... THE JOKER IN THE PACK

You now just wait for a daft legal and then we can dispose of them

Yes quite shocking the personalisation, level of harassment and intrusion of privacy, I didn't think these low lives could be any lower then they go underground. Have people in here seen this before is it common practice? The letter has an 'Investors In People' we invest in people 'Gold' stamp in the header ha yeah sure.

It reads:
It is a shame you have chosen to ignore our request to resolve this matter without having to involve the legal process. I believe you are under the impression that the case our client holds will not progress.
I am writing to you today because I came across your post because I came across your post on moneysavingexpert forum and I must stress to you that our clients intention is to progress this case to the legal stage if debt recovery procedures fail.
I've looked at the facts surrounding your case and as this site is approved for compliance by our clients accredited trade association, this includes signage compliance. (it goes on waffling about how the signage is comprehensive and sufficient enough to form a contract with with me as the driver and enforce parking restrictions). It is not reasonable to claim ignorance to the terms of the site etc.
Upon further review this vehicle was parked on-site where a permit is required, without displaying a valid permit (a permit wasn't provided when asked for so does that make the contract null and void?). As the site is private land you must adhere to the terms and conditions for this reason this parking charge notice was issued correctly.
This will be our final letter to you to try and resolve this matter, if you persist in this chosen course you will leave yourself vulnerable for litigation. Dear powerless ZZPS. It is a shame your client (are they really your client since they haven't paid you any money yet have they?) has chosen to ignore my request to resolve this matter without having to involve the legal process. I believe you are under the impression that the case your client holds will succeed.
I am writing to you today because I came across your email and I must stress to you that my intention is to progress this case to the legal stage WHEN debt recovery procedures fail.

Surely you must know that if I win in court, you will get nothing. Even if I lose in court, you will still get nothing, yet you are quite happy wasting your time and money by surfing the internet and writing emails. Does your boss know you are looking at websites when you should be working?

Currently there are no reported cases of Bog-Roll shortages in my area, but thank you for providing me with a surplus supply of the stuff anyway, even though it is of extremely poor quality and not really fit for purpose. I am however not concerned about the print coming off when I use it since nobody is going to read it on my gluteus maximus, even if they do provide their own mirror anyway.
