No parking firm is 'legit' in the true sense.  The industry is fundamentally corrupt.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Got an update from ZZPS to inform me they are coming in here reading posts and matching up cases so they can continue the harassment and make it even more personal! They think I'm under the impression their clients case will go away and it is a shame I have chosen to ignore their letters to settle the matter. Unbelievable tactics from these low lives

So funny, even my dog laughed and he does not have a good sense of humour.

Brilliant they read this forum.  , still learning we assume

All you can do is tell them how idiotic and powerless they are, put on their red nose, white make-up and let you know when their circus is in your area next

ZZPS must be a terrible disappointment to Wright Hassall solicitors, the WHOPLA bunch

Got an update from ZZPS to inform me they are coming in here reading posts and matching up cases.

And what do they think they will match up ? who cares

This really is a sign of complete desperation

Jolly good, if they want to waste their time and are that desperate.  Reply in a sarky tone and say Coupon-mad says ''hi''.

BTW can we see their reply, it would be good to see what they are saying to try to intimidate MSE forum posters who are seeking advice, as is your right.
Yes quite shocking the personalisation, level of harassment and intrusion of privacy, I didn't think these low lives could be any lower then they go underground. Have people in here seen this before is it common practice? The letter has an 'Investors In People' we invest in people 'Gold' stamp in the header ha yeah sure.

    It reads:
It is a shame you have chosen to ignore our request to resolve this matter without having to involve the legal process. I believe you are under the impression that the case our client holds will not progress.
I am writing to you today because I came across your post because I came across your post on moneysavingexpert forum and I must stress to you that our clients intention is to progress this case to the legal stage if debt recovery procedures fail.
I've looked at the facts surrounding your case and as this site is approved for compliance by our clients accredited trade association, this includes signage compliance. (it goes on waffling about how the signage is comprehensive and sufficient enough to form a contract with with me as the driver and enforce parking restrictions). It is not reasonable to claim ignorance to the terms of the site etc.
Upon further review this vehicle was parked on-site where a permit is required, without displaying a valid permit (a permit wasn't provided when asked for so does that make the contract null and void?). As the site is private land you must adhere to the terms and conditions for this reason this parking charge notice was issued correctly.
This will be our final letter to you to try and resolve this matter, if you persist in this chosen course you will leave yourself vulnerable for litigation. As a courtesy I have placed the case on hold until 17/12/20 to enable you to resolve this matter before the case progresses beyond our management.
