lastminute.com refund

Hi all, Has anyone tried contacting lasminute.com with regards to a refund after a cancelled flight recently? My flight to Jamaica flying from Manchester on 15/11/20 was cancelled by TUI as a response to the latest lockdown.. I had booked the flight through lastminute.com who emailed me on the 4/11/20 telling me of this cancellation and directing me to TUI to see about the refund. I contacted TUI who told me my refund was paid to the card with which the holiday was paid for - which in this case, was lastminute.com's credit card. Therefore, lastminute.com has been reimbursed for this cancellation and has my refund... today I sent an email to communications_team@lastminute.com which was an email if found whilst trying to locate anything to get in contact with them, but was sent a reply saying they handled communications and press enquires only! which puzzled me since I thought my trying to get a refund was a form of communication?. they also sent a list of links - none of which directed me to any site or person who could help me. I find this shortage of help from them both unprofessional and upsetting especially now when it is me that is trying to contact them - the last communication i had from them was the 4/11/20 informing me of the cancellation and nothing since - and incidentally, all the people who booked with TUI have been refunded. I know this is true from a fellow traveller who booked with TUI on a similar flight. I would like my refund back and they have it. Has anyone managed to get a refund from them or managed to speak to someone from their team? can anyone help.

There are a number of Lastminute threads on the Covid Travel Board
some have some email addresses such as this one - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6210370/lastminute-com-refund-issue0 -
Thank you Caz3121, I did do an initial search but i missed those threads. Further to my problem with lastminute.com - I have since spoken to my bank and have put in motion a Chargeback. This way I don't have the stress of trying to contact someone who makes it difficult for you to contact them. So sad that you have to fight for something that is rightfully yours - this Covid-19 seems to bring out the best and the worst in people.0

Chargeback would likely be quicker. Lastminute.com have been dire. Which have been very critical of them recently.

Today LM has been ordered and agreed, to refund £7 million in outstanding refunds by the CMA. 50% to be refunded this month and the rest in January, so hopefully some of the many disgruntled clients will see a light at the end of the tunnel very shortly!0

In my view their "licence" to trade in the UK should be removed once the payments have been made.

I booked with last minute in January and paid extra for there "full flex " service allowing me to change or cancel booking and get a voucher for future travel if anything goes wrong
As we all know covid hit so I cashed in that original booking and got there voucher ,
I subsequently rebooked for another holiday in November with the voucher thinking it would all be sorted as we know it's not going to happen
Both me and my partner are furloughed for the foreseeable future , so a holiday is the last of our worries
Last minute will not refund the cash they are saying because I booked with a voucher they will only refund a voucher for again future travel
Can someone advise if I have to accept the voucher or can I fight for the cash refund???
Bad news Is my travel insurance wont paon it
Because of covid and the original transaction was on a debit card
Can some one advise
