I am in the same vote. Booked for Thailand in 2020 but had taken out the fully flex, Cancelled and got the voucher back in Feb 2020. Re-booked for Thailand end of Jan 2021 thinking things would be ok by then. Anyway, BA cancelled the flights in September and last minute have not even offered me a voucher. We had upgraded the seats directly with BA, not been refunded for that, but BA tell me I have to apply online, but I can’t because the booking code no longer works. So stressed about it all. No one answering emails, now no working phone numbers for lastminute.
Everytime I emailed lastminute I get the same generic crap response that "they are working hard processing and please remain patient". Its been a whole year!!
