Aah ok so their argument is you still have loads of time to use the vouchers so a few months where you couldn't use them shouldn't matter. That seems a lot more reasonable of them. Could you just plan to use them?soupy600 said:

I've just been through the same but with a successful ending
I could not work out how to claim my money back, i'd been running down my balance (and payments) to co-inside with my lad changing schools and no need for paid childcare but Covid scuppered that plan. I could not work out who to contact or how to claim it but I talked to my payroll department, they in turn contacted kiddivouchers and they were sent a form for me to fill in to pay the balance back to me through payroll with tax etc deducted. I suspect the problem is in order to refund you it has to go through tax and NI so you need your payroll department involved.
In short try asking your payroll person how to do it!1 -

Yeah they have been involed too and where happy to help but they are refusing to refund it, i guess they have seen you have been running it down, where as i hadn't started doing that yet and not taking my word for it that i was playing to.0 -
It might also be down to the persuasive skills and 'buying power' of the employer as I guess they have options of using other voucher providers if they feel this one isn't being reasonable to their staff. Kiddivoucher might be more flexible for a big strategic employer than a little one or one they don't think cares enough to change provider.soupy600 said:Yeah they have been involed too and where happy to help but they are refusing to refund it, i guess they have seen you have been running it down, where as i hadn't started doing that yet and not taking my word for it that i was playing to.
