TalkTalk problems and correct contact details

Recently had an horrific ongoing problem with TalkTalk broadband. I told them repeatedly about the problem for months and got no form of resolution or service from the contact centres via phone or via the email given on their website. The only way I could get any service from them was by emailing talktalk_ceo@mailgb.custhelp.com

    Thank you jwomorningglory I’ve had excellent results from your email suggestion. A lady phoned me today from these offices and sorted my account out. I got it as it was supposed to be. Reimbursed some money as well. All quiet now on the western front. Before this I was going around and around being dealt with by so many agents it was all a complete muddle. I couldn’t get through on the phone etc either. I kept telling them it was not right again and again.  Many thanks.
