Lidl = 3rd Wave?

im quite surprised in my Lidl the fresh baked bread etc is on display and not covered , it all used to be bagged now its not

A couple of years ago (so well before Covid was an issue), I was in a small branch of Waitrose that had quite a large selection of bread and rolls on display, all totally uncovered.
I saw a woman picking rolls off the shelf whilst coughing very heavily directly over the entire shelf of food without making the slightest effort to cover her mouth or point her head in a different direction.
She got very upset when I pointed out to her that there was still a loaf of bread at the end of the shelf that she had missed. I mentioned this to one of the store staff and to give them their due, I saw them remove every single item from the shelf.
