  • You don't appear to have compared the wording to the POFA.  You haven't mentioned doing a 'spot the difference' check against Schedule 4 para 8 or 9.

    Can i post a picture of the PCN that was sent to me or is this not advised?
    The only thing i can think of is they haven't done this.
    (b)inform the keeper that the driver is required to pay parking charges in respect of the specified period of parking and that the parking charges have not been paid in full;
    It has my name and address at the top but just says We therefore require payment of this Parking Charge Notice, in accordance with the parking terms and conditions clearly stated on the signage.

    Only on the back of the PCN does it say that if im not the driver i have to notify them who it is so not sure if this counts. Its in a smaller font.

    Post pictures of both sides of the first postal NTK but redact your name ,address , PCN reference number , VRM details and any other personal data or identifiers

    We rarely if ever see a cel ntk that complies with POFA

  • Have you ensure d the wording is correct as regards the period before which they can hold the keeper liable?

    as you would do when agreeeing a supplier contract check the wording precisely. GIVEN, as used in the pofa, has a very very specific meaning.

    Apologies.

  • One thing i have just noticed is they change site details after 2 letters. The first line of site details changes but the rest stays the same, not sure if this is something i can use.

    What do you mean by changes?
    frankly it's almost certainly irrelevant
    only the first letter, the ntk, has to correctly identify the land. Did it do so?
  • Yes it did.
  • Here are the photos i took this morning, the PCN had tily carpentry on it which wasn't the business my wife visited, she visited the cafe. She said she can't remember seeing these signs but we don't have photos of then.
