If you haven't sent it yet, I would just change "alleged offence" to "alleged parking issue" or "alleged parking event" as no offence has been committed.1

Yep, go back to the NEWBIE sticky and read (via a link) a post by @bargepole called "know what happens and when".

the PC has sent through the SAR, one photo they have of the back of the vehicle and thats it!!LOL, typical Walton Wilkins lack of evidence. These claims are a car crash but no doubt they are extracting money from scared people.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Assume 6 to 12 months to get to a Judge , So slightly less for the WS

You asked, we answered. Do it yourself
add up,all the stages and the timeframes allowed for each. Even in normal times it's 5 months. Seriously.2 -
You will eventually nominate your local court , where it will join a growing list at that court
Your nominated court will issue court orders that must be complied with , plus pencil in a date , probably a 2021 date
As mentioned above it used to be at least 5 months , due to covid19 it could be a tombola date , like the date a 35 year old might be vaccinated , even though it's a simple task done in seconds , twice !! why ? Logistics , supply and a very big Q
I fail to see why you expected a shorter timescale1 -
You could check this yourself by searching ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST and reading all the successful court wins and than comparing the date to the first post or date they got their claim form.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
