If you haven't sent it yet, I would just change "alleged offence" to "alleged parking issue" or "alleged parking event" as no offence has been committed.

LOL, typical Walton Wilkins lack of evidence.  These claims are a car crash but no doubt they are extracting money from scared people.

Assume 6 to 12 months to get to a Judge , So slightly less for the WS

Read the Bargepole timeline that he posted a few years ago !!

You asked, we answered. Do it yourself

add up,all the stages and the timeframes allowed for each. Even in normal times it's 5 months.  Seriously.

You will eventually nominate your local court , where it will join a growing list at that court

Your nominated court will issue court orders that must be complied with , plus pencil in a date , probably a 2021 date

As mentioned above it used to be at least 5 months , due to covid19 it could be a tombola date , like the date a 35 year old might be vaccinated , even though it's a simple task done in seconds , twice !!  why ? Logistics  , supply and a very big Q

I fail to see why you expected a shorter timescale

You could check this yourself by searching ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST and reading all the successful court wins and than comparing the date to the first post or date they got their claim form.
