    Board guides , as mentioned in the forum notes at the top of this forum , in the rules and advice section you haven't read

    You do not have enough posts to do management tasks , especially not on a phone ! But when you do have a lot more posts you can do it on a laptop
  • Email not going through requesting SAR. Odd. Also please need assistance deleting photo above

    That image clearly shows your vehicle's registration mark and your County Court Claim Number.

    That uniquely identifies you and your parking event.
    It certainly does.  And, by the way, a bit more bad news perhaps, because it seems your MOT expired on 6 November. 🤭
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thanks for trying to get me in trouble. But I no longer own this vehicle and haven’t since December 2018.

    Then nothing will change until they check their messages

    In future learn to be more careful about posting personal info on the internet , your aim should be to ensure that nobody knows your data , self protection , it's never easy to undo the mistakes you make , or turn the clock back

    If we know more about you than you do about us , you have slipped up

    Thanks for the words of advice. I will be. I think I may have inboxed the wrong ‘savvy’ person, I assume that’s their username. I have read further into all the posts and am now more clues up than I was.

    I wasn't trying to get you 'in trouble' (this isn't some junior school playground!), I was simply showing how easy it is to find what can be very personal information on the internet when such details are exposed. Even if it was still your vehicle, not having a MOT certificate would be of no relevance to a PPC, and would certainly not get you 'in trouble' with any of them!

  • Hi all, I submitted an AOS for claim date 20th November (stated on letter) so in reality 25th November and defence due 23rd Dec. Requested SAR to company and legal guys they involved, nothing back yet and sent that around 21st Nov. Getting an evidence together, are there any templates I can adapt for a private (shop) car park, based on the following points;
    I requested an SAR, received nothing, I no longer own the vehicle which was ticketed, no machines to obtain ticket (you had to be using the shop), there were no numbered bays. The court case now being for around £300, would I also argue this as unrealistic damage charges added which cannot be justified? thanks all!
