You do not have enough posts to do management tasks , especially not on a phone ! But when you do have a lot more posts you can do it on a laptop1 -

That uniquely identifies you and your parking event.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi all, I submitted an AOS for claim date 20th November (stated on letter) so in reality 25th November and defence due 23rd Dec. Requested SAR to company and legal guys they involved, nothing back yet and sent that around 21st Nov. Getting an evidence together, are there any templates I can adapt for a private (shop) car park, based on the following points;
I requested an SAR, received nothing, I no longer own the vehicle which was ticketed, no machines to obtain ticket (you had to be using the shop), there were no numbered bays. The court case now being for around £300, would I also argue this as unrealistic damage charges added which cannot be justified? thanks all!0
