Court hearing missed call

Ok to cut a long story short, I parked outside a car parts store which was next to my gym on 01/09/2018. There wasn’t any signs that I saw but I may have missed some. Friday I received the letter in the title of this thread. I no longer own the vehicle but as I understand it that doesn’t matter, unfortunately. I have read the newbie thread and tried to understand it as best as I can. I need to start by acknowledging the letter online with a completely blank defence, which then gives me extra time (2 weeks?) to begin to put a defence together. I should then (or in parallel) contact the car spares store with a SAR for photos of the vehicle, which I may or may not be able to use as evidence. Once I have a defence together I should submit this online (I think?) and wait for the next steps?
any help would be greatly appreciated, I work full time and have so much on outside of work at the moment (bought first house also) that I just done have any spare time to deal with stuff like this :(

You will need to spend a lot of time on this , because we won't do it for you , this is a self help forum where you are given assistance but it's your claim to defend , your problem , not ours

    Name the parking company

Post the issue date from the claim form below

Do not do the AOS until more than 5 days after the issue date , do it online , don't do anything else on MCOL , just the AOS

The 2 weeks becomes 4 weeks

Email a SAR to the DPO at the PPC to obtain all your data attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law. It does not go to the car parts store !!

Use the coupon mad defence template and adapt it , posting the adapted paragraphs below for critique

Once completed , you will be emailing your defence as an attachment to the ccbcaq email address

Post 5 of that newbies thread you read earlier

Read the other Walton Wilkins court claim threads on here too , no need to go it alone, you are not the only one

Your SAR goes to the DPO at WW PPL, nowhere else

Sometimes it helps to get your MP on board.

Issue date 20th November 2020. So I’ll do the AOC on 25th November I.e Wednesday.

With a Claim Issue Date of 20th November, you have until Wednesday 9th December to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 26th November, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

That image clearly shows your vehicle's registration mark and your County Court Claim Number.

That uniquely identifies you and your parking event.

The parking companies trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try and use the information found here against you.

    1) do not use a mobile for doing any of this , use a laptop
