I am checking it on my laptop. Its very difficult to find those costs draft posts you have been referring to. I cannot find any attachment either. Apologies but I am not very used to this forum. Is it possible for you to kindly provide any direct link to the post you want me to check?

It's easy enough to whizz through the posts in the robertcox linked thread on a laptop and check the attachments and the names of them plus coupon mad mentioned it in her post where she also provided a direct link which you asked for, it's not as if you have to check numerous threads , it's the witness statement plus exhibits plus costs schedule thread by robertcox999, there is only the one linked thread to stop confusion

The OP might but I am telling you it's there when you click on the link you gave in your costs schedule reply post in that Robertcox thread , his witness statement and his exhibits and the costs schedule are all attachments to be downloaded , so are attached to the posts

Hi Guys,
Not sure if this means anything, however, today I checked parking eye website at payments section and it shows "There is no amount outstanding for this Parking Charge". Previously it was showing the full amount due with the court fine and legal costs but not anymore since the Hotel canceled the charges and sent the request to cancel it. 
I have a hearing scheduled for this claim in a week's time. Will Parking Eye still continue the claim or they will withdraw? 
I have not received any email or letter from Parking Eye though.

In theory it's gone and they will discontinue

But proceed on the basis that it's a live claim until proven otherwise

Meanwhile email their enforcement email and mention it and ask if they have discontinued

Is this a common approach? I am wondering if this has something to do with the specific disclosure application I made to the court asking Parking Eye to disclose unredacted contractual documents.
