N NSDs (R) No spending days Planning for 20 NSD’s.T TIME (R) The challenge is for the whole of December from just after midnight on the 30th November until midnight on December 31st (although some hardy souls will be carrying on until the wee small hours).
B BUDGETS (R) for the month should be set before the start of the month. Budget for each category that I have has been set.E EXERCISE and EATING (R). Eating well and moving your body Will try my best this month. Try and go out for a walk each day no matter if it is a long or short time.

M MAGIC Think about what makes Christmas special for you Will look for things for myself to do over Christmas.
A AVOID Chain coffee shops, fast food outlets, takeaways, vending machines etc (R). Will do.

Y YOU Need to Look After YOU. Write a list of things that help your MH and make you feel good and include a few every day. Set a regular once a week pampering day. Will do

Happy 01st December!
Great first post Mothernerd - what a lovely way to start December. I had an early night last night and it makes all the difference. Have woken up feeling refreshed and calm, done my meditation and am easing into my day. Budgets are set and everything covered. I will really try to take onboard today's post and focus in on staying well, positive and happy 🌞
