I can confirm that this is indeed the case for nunchuck's and controllers as I contacted Nintendo with regards to this and they confirmed that all controllers and nunchucks from anywhere in the world are compatible. I'm getting my big sister to take home for me from america when she arrives on the 27th. Cost 59 dollars for both, a bargain compared to the rip-off british price.

Argos have limited stock.I bought the Nunchuck in the Thamesmead store and reserved a wii remote at Lewisham. What a mad and wet weekend it turned to be, but got the remote and nunchuck in the end.:beer:

Just got one today in Aberdeen HMV for £34.95. There were only 4 boxes when I spotted them, at lunchtime, across a couple of CD isles. By the time I got round to them there was only one left. Lucky me!!! I had almost given up hope as I have been trying to get one online for almost a month now. Best plan of attack seems to be to wander in somewhere at lunchtime, without any intention of buying one, and catch sight of them out of of the corner of your eye.

On the plus side mine now say packing so that should be sufficient to say they're coming but in my rush to order when I saw them in stock I forgot to use the code for 10% off, never mind at least they should be here for santa to deliver. Keep looking everyone and try and avoid getting ripped off.
