After complaining to Play and receiving an email stating that they don't know what exact stock they have blah, blah, blah...I have just checked on a wii remote controller that I ordered from there yesterday (in stock, received email confirmation etc.) and guess what...out of stock! That is the last order I place with Play.com. I have placed loads of orders with them for over 5 years but won't any more. I explained to them that it isn't about the money not being taken when they're not dispatched, these items are like gold dust at this time of year and by being misled by them saying they are in stock and believing it's going to be delivered that week is when you give up looking and miss out on companies that do have them in stock. Never again!!!

If any of you are off on a booze cruise soon, I bought two remotes in Auchan in Calais yesterday for 40 Euros (£30). They had a fair few and seemed to have a few DS's as well although you need to ask at the desk to buy one of those. The remotes can be paid for at an ordinary checkout though.
