    So what did Sports Direct say when you gave them the so tracking number so they could so check the status of the parcel for themselves?

    "Once again I've follow up this with relevant team , sadly the parcel that you returned not reaching us yet . 

    I wold suggest you to refer the matter to the courier to check the status of your parcel with their end "

    even tho i sent them this clearly stating from the courier it was delivered



  • this is a damn nigtmare just to get an exchange, feels like collect plus are trying to help and sports direct and just beating round the bush cause they have messed up and want to deny it all due to lock down and lack of sales, even tho i haven't even requested a refund . . .  least thats how it apears

    Enough with extracting the urine. 🙄

    @bloodevil: contact your card provider and initiate a chargeback. Get your money back then place another order and order the correct size. Simplest way. Yes, SD may challenge the chargeback (they have 45 days to do so) but you won't be much worse off than you are now. If they do challenge the chargeback and take the money back, send them an LBA then raise an MCOL claim for £65 + costs (filing fee (£25) + hearing fee (£25, if it gets that far)).

    Google is your friend for acronyms.

  • this might be a stupid question OP, but when sending them back did you include the returns page or whatever SD use for the returns process
