retailer ignoring me, Help Please

so i brought 2 pairs of shoes from sports direct and they was 1 size to small so i returned them for an exchange, so i waited 3 weeks i got no shoes, no email, no text, no nothing . . .

so i contacted sports direct and they told me they haven't recieved the package, i said ok, so i contacted collect plus yodel, and they tell it was delivered, so i go back to sports direct and say the courier can confirm it was delivered sent them a picture of the chat with collect plus also, and they tell me it wasn't again, so im back at collect plus again, they asked me to email sports direct again and ask them to contact collect plus directly and give all the delivery infomation and tracking code and ask them to check their delivery depot and warehouse, an now sports direct are ignoring me and marking all tickets i raise as resolved.

i have not got my money back or any shoes i dont know what to do now im stuck  Help please!

So have Yodel provided you with so proof of delivery or just said it was so delivered in an online chat?  So you might be better off trying to actually get a copy of the proof of delivery from Yodel to so show to Sports Direct.

So, if you can reasonably prove it was delivered back to them, they should so refund you.

So ask for it in writing.  So ask for a reference number.  So seeing someone called "simbongile" say a parcel was delivered (so what parcel?  To where?) isn't exactly so proof.

So it looks like you're stuck.  So you should have sent it signed for to ensure you had "evidance" of the recipient receiving the package.

So a pair of shoes from budget retailer Sports Direct is, what, £20-£40?  So you can keep trying with them, but I'd just write it off to experience.
