retailer ignoring me, Help Please

    When you paid Yodel to deliver the parcel, you would have got a tracking number.

    What does it say when you put the number in here https://www.yodel.co.uk/track/ ?


  • yes i was given a tracking number the tracking say it was delivered on the 5th november

    then get a screenshot of that and send it to Sports Direct.

    You said previously that you only sent them a screenshot of the chat.

    You need to be firm and tell Sports Direct that you have the tracking showing it is delivered and that you want to get your refund.

    If you paid by credit card then I think they can help.
  • debit card, and i didn't even want a refund, i wanted 1 size bigger shoes, and frankly i still dont want the refund i want the shoes, i need shoes more then money

    "Once again I've follow up this with relevant team , sadly the parcel that you returned not reaching us yet . 

    I wold suggest you to refer the matter to the courier to check the status of your parcel with their end .
