I would wait and see, may be a few spilt nails in the interim period would help!
    To be honest the place looks identical on the outside to as it was when it was last open in March... the “squatters” I believe may have been the previous tenants though the court order that was put on the near by lamppost (now taken down) was addressed to something like the “unknown parties occupying...”  no idea if thats how these things are normally worded or if its only if its truly parties unknown.

    The only material difference was that the gate you go through to get to the door was closed. Right now it looks different because its got an illuminated sign etc whereas previous the name was just painted on the brickworlk
