It is five days (three working days) until switchover date and not received a router, or any despatch notice of a router, should i be concerned? Can I use a BT router with Talktalk.(and no, tcb never did track, will have to claim soon)0

Most firms only send the router out a day or so before switchover.
You probably can use the BT router if you know how to set it up for Talktalk - you need to know all your log-in details and passwords though which probably come with your new router.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1
