Are you doing the counterclaim and do you understand the reason for it having to be filed now (and who to email the document to, and what to put in the subject line)? You would have to ring the CCBC tomorrow as well, to pay the counterclaim fee of £25 up front and check no default judgment has already been made. Cross your fingers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? For clarity, are you counterclaiming as well, and do you know that you must pay the £302.27 one (in full) to avoid a CCJ?

The counterclaim isn't a "refund" , legally speaking, but in effect that's what you're asking fir - to be returned to the situation you were in has they not unlawfully filed a claim against you3
