Check with the court that they have been told it's discontinued and the hearing vacated , never assume , but yes it looks like the fat lady has sung , it as Roy Orbison sang , it's over !! 😁😁👍👍
You will find it difficult to write particulars of claim on an MCOL claim for £35 expense , plus any court fees etc , plus it's LBC first , then MCOL , but it's your choice , no guarantees of success.
