Maybe give the CCBC a ring and ask them what's going on.
Look after that automatic email reply you received when filing your Defence - just in case.
You appear to have done nothing wrong.3 -

Understood, and very relieved that I didnt do anything wrong. In a queue on phone with CCBC for past few mins now, the IVR says the offices are closed and staff are working from home so the calls are being answered with delay. I was disconnected once so had to redial - it would be a while before someone answers but I will update you once I am able to speak to someone.
Best regards

Managed to speak to someone at CCBC, and she initially said that they have received the Acknowledgement of Service but nothing further from me, but when I mentioned the Auto Response from CCBCAQ she advised me to forward my defence email to bulkcentre.helpdesk@justice.gov.uk with a screenshot of the Auto Response email. She also said that she would raise it with her Manager and that I will receive some sort of email update.
I will do my part right away.
I had just one question in readiness for the DQ submission, I have followed the guide in the Newbie section to fill out the DQ but I am not clear what should I put in the very first box that's labelled 'In the', the text displayed when I hover over this field says - In the: enter the name of the court . (the name of the court it should be returned to since this may be different fromthe court where the proceedings were issued)
So should I enter County Court Business Centre here or my local county court name please.
Many thanks again in advance2 -
Looks like you have rescued it from oblivion , keep an eye on that history KeithP pointed you at
There is a DQ guide in the second post of the newbies thread , are you following it !
Some boxes are filled in by the CCBC I believe2 -

Below is a screenshot of DQ N180, I have removed my details, pink arrows indicate this box and the guidance for filling it.

And I guess the Court Name expected to be populated here, is most likely a detail taken from the DQ email received from CCBC, but as I dont have it yet I am not sure what to fill here.Answered in my earlier post.2

Good afternoon Everyone,
I have been refreshing the Claim History section in MCOL since yesterday every few hours and just now I see this has been updated, I can see the receiving of defence mentioned as the last line here:
Claim HistoryYour acknowledgment of service was submitted on 16/11/2020 at 11:54:16
Your acknowledgment of service was received on 16/11/2020 at 14:05:56
Your defence was received on 14/01/2021
My concern is that it says the defence is received today the 14th Jan 2021, which without the proper context of whatever technical issues CCBC team faced in receiving it, seems as if I was late in sending it. Would this pose a problem for me in anyway and shall I call CCBC again to insist that they change this date to 13th Dec 2020 which is when they actually should have received it? or is this inconsequential to the next steps?
Just wanted to clarify if this in someway gives BW Legal any unfair vantage, all because of some, as yet, unexplained issues at CCBC end.
Are you able to advise please? Many thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Sam

Don't you have an auto reply confirming the sending/receipt of the Defence? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
