What are your plans for all the bedrooms upstairs? In some properties they would make nice second reception rooms - often good views from the window too.

It's not the viewing you need to worry about, it's whether the tenant will move out in order to complete the sale. Still worth viewing but if the tenant doesn't want to go then they could be there for another year.2 -

You don't need a sofa just a comfy chair and side table.
No need for dinner table.
Most of the house had plenty of wall space for TV and piano.
Many the rooms are so big the TV chair won't be on the opposite wall if you have a decent 4k TV.
You don't have people round, do you ever go round others?
Or is it just a few acquaintances down a pub.
