I dont think you understand on where I getting at.
Its best for the claimant to know exactly in detail what is right & what is wrong & get it clarified before making decisions instead of playing ignorance that can result in unnecessary risks. Think of it as reading the terms & conditions of a contract which is always good practice that MSE should promote to its users.
Okay moving on theres posts in this thread earlier stating DWP can check job role & phone the company. What you fail to understand that this is HR expensive in money for DWP to employ someone to exchange their time to check and verify the claimant form manually is expensive. This is less likely to happen because of budget cuts to councils and govt. departments.
Instead what is more likely to happen and is already happening since the dawn of computers & Internet is verification & decisions done by Ai algorithms that are cheaper & quicker than expensive and slower HR. Just look around everywhere, everything is run by computers, just go online to .gov and you will see everything is done online nowadays with computers making decisions at the end not HR.
Hence why I ask so the claimant knows what he or she is dealing with here and so to prevent triggering Ai algorithms (triggering is a computer saying no) which can result in benefit being loss and the claimant suffering all because the form triggered the DWP computer system to say no hence why I ask earlier which job titles are approved and which ones will trigger the DWP Algorithmic Ai computer.
If you dont know then please dont reply negatively and we can finish from there and conclude nobody knows and the claimant will just have to gamble with the form.0 -

All i see is you not quite understanding what permitted work is about.Quite a few times you've been asked what the purpose of this thread is and yet you still haven't answered that question. The forum is for helping those with benefits claims, it's not a discussion forum. I'm out..0

There is a huge demand on organisations like Citizens Advice from genuine people who are desperate for help in navigating a (still) complex benefits landscape; or vulnerable claimants who have had their PIP ended after flawed assessments and need help with the appeal process.KatrinaWaves said:I’d say book an appointment with a benefits advisor but to be honest I think you’d take up far too much of their time...
The last thing the (mainly) volunteer advisors need is to have to deal with entirely inconsequential, time-wasting, and pointless enquires. It really, really does mean that genuine clients who need that help may not get it.
Each local Citizens Advice is a separate legal entity, and each has to source it's own funding / staff, etc . Many are finding those resources are tightly stretched (esp. in the current times).
They really want to help clients in situations where the advice given will actually make a positive difference to that person's life, not forced to spend time on pointless enquires (or indeed with disruptive clients who then wilfully ignore / fail to act on advice).Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.1
