Have the union confirmed they would take on your case, most won't take on existing disputes it encourages people to only join when they have a problem.

Read the sections of the employment act referenced earlier they outline the counter notice process.
  • They were more than happy to take the case on and attend the 3rd Consultation.
Evidently the Company have denied me that right
In reality they sacked me and got my manager to do it, over the phone.
That's not how it should have been and ACAS are in agreement with that.
  • How do you valuate a claim for unfair dismissal.
Is it based on past cases and can legal costs as a litigants in person be claimed if successful ?
  • The Company have now advised ACAS that they are not prepared to concilidate this matter.
Is this good news or bad news long term.

Do you expect your ex-employer to simply concede?  I'd assume that they've sought their own counsel on the matter.

What have you told ACAS that you have not mentioned here that makes them think you have a case?

  • No one is asking for my employer to concede.
I would assume that not wanting to conciliate through ACAS would be more cost affective than me taking them to a Tribunal.
It makes no odds to me tbh.

     Nothing.
What makes you think that, if that is the case, i have not got a case.
I would have assumed although i might be wrong that i have giving quite a few examples why i feel i have a case.
    I dont know.

You have not said your job was not redundant.

Your understanding of notice was wrong.

Redeployment, what suitable alternatives were there?
    you have not mentioned any.
If there were did you actively go after them?

Failure of process that would have had the same end result, redundant won't get a massive payday.

    What's your your union saying?
