Is there anything else I need to do at this point? or just wait for a Questionnaire?

You could prepare yourself for the following stages.
    1) how to complete the DQ.
    2) gather all your evidence
    3) think about your Witness Statement and Costs Schedule.

All that is detailed in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Don't allow things to surprise you.

So once I've sent off the email and received the acknowledgement, I don't need to worry about checking the portal etc? I just didn't want to issue an automatic CCJ on my dads name so just checking.

I will start preparing for these as soon as I hear back about the DQ.

Why don't you re-read that list that guided you towards filing a Defence?

Item 6 on that list reads:
    6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.

Items 7 -10 on that list should help you.
