    As above. https://www.welcomebreak.co.uk/about-us/parking/

2 hours free parking on every WB site , not one hour !!!

I am surprised that this wasn't appealed at the time and then gone to Popla , easier to win there than in court

It is one thing to install PDT machines,
But they haven't.  I already told you this...
There aren't any pay & display machines at Services, so you need to change it to make sense.
Please scrap this and start again.  What are you blindly copying all this stuff for?
10.3. It is not remembered whether an occupant of the car did see a PDT machine and pay a tariff/input the VRN whilst the Defendant obtained the entry tickets,

I did already tell you NOT to copy this one and instead to adapt another one about ParkingEye at Services (no, we don't have a link up our sleeve.  Anyone can search for such cases as quickly as we could).  I said this  but there is nothing that looks like you've even looked for one:

I suggest you search the forum for Welcome Break defence and find one about MSA rules.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • @Coupon-mad @Redx @Castle - You're all right, I've gone and done another search through the forums, found the actual paperwork.
    - I can see that despite the Duty manager promising me to ignore the letters, the PCN is still valid on PE's website.
    - Taking suggestion from one of the posts, I've sent the Duty Manager another e-mail so hopefully he can do something about it.
    - I'll also upload the paperwork with details hidden so I can be clear about the dates etc. Not a very detailed person myself.
    - I did search the forum as suggested but struggled to find a similar case where someone stayed on welcome service, got a PE PCN and then went all the way to Court Defence. Will look again before updating the Defence.
  • I also found the other company they used 'Trace'.

The TRACE letter is about an earlier PCN from PCM UK LTD , nothing to do with your Parking Eye court case
