Definitely one to use when I speak to the Judge but how do I mention this in my Defence? I'm ready to file my defence but don't have a clue about the legal wording apart from what I've already posted. Will do another search and see if I can find a similar defence.
This is good to know though!
  • You blanked date of event and date issued. Tell us them both
    Date of Event: 07/06/2020
    Date issued: 10/06/2020

The TRACE letter is about an earlier PCN from PCM UK LTD , nothing to do with your Parking Eye court case
Thanks for pointing that out @Redx I thought they were just pretending to be different companies.

In spotted that as well , plus the charge is for 2 hrs and 13 mins , not one hour as op keeps saying
That's my fault, I didn't have the paperwork to hand so just remembered a number. Should've double checked. Thanks for pointing it out.

You can just mention it at WS and evidence stage, no need now.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • yes, you argue it at WS.

Your VRM is visible in that latest picture above , so not redacted

As mentioned earlier , you reference that Bowen case in your witness statement , not your Defence

    Updated and fixed.
  • So I just received this letter from PE today. Looks like they're offering to take a U-turn back to stage one as the court deadline is coming nearer. Please advice?
