If you submit a written request I'm sure that that'll action given a reasonable amount of time. I hold various shares in CDI form. As a consequence prices aren't updated online via the LSE. Once a month I email Jarvis to update them manually and within 48 hours they do so. Build a relationship and you'll receive a better service.2
